Rescued cat, Taeyang is living a blessed life and very much the apple of his human mom’s eye.
He was adopted after having been on the streets for two days. “He was abandoned at a void deck with his siblings when his rescuer trapped them for sterilisation and put them up for adoption. Luckily he only strays for two days,” shares Veron Soo, Taeyang’s human mom.

Not only was the four-year old tabby cat rescued, he is literally living life in the lap of luxury, doted upon and loved by his new human family.
Taeyang’s dapper style is chanced upon by accident. When Soo tried on some fancy cat collars on Taeyang, the cat did not disapprove but relished at being clothed in something fine.
Since then, Taeyang has been sporting collars, scarves and bow-ties when he is out and about. In fact, his dapper looks have been making rounds in the social media making him one famous meowdel. His recent collar for the Hari Raya festivities was inspired by the “ketupat”, a diamond-shaped rice cake wrapped in coconut leaves.
Soo who was a Kpop fan then named the rescued cat ‘Taeyang’, after a popular Korean male singer from group BigBang.
“Taeyang means the sun in Korean and I hope he is as bright as one,” shares Soo.
